Journey towards good
I am still on this journey and would love to share what I have discovered to inspire your own
Not going to bore you with the stuff you can read on my LinkedIn profile. What LinkedIn doesn’t tell you is:
I’m Singaporean. I love cool kicks. I’m not techie at all, but I love gadgets. I thrive in the great outdoors, but I eat more cup noodles than I should. Was in management consulting for more than a decade. Learned a lot. My latest adventures are in the tech company ecommerce space, learned even more.
Outside of work, I’ve been in youth development and serving in the regional community for more than 2 decades. It’s here that I learned the most. I learned about life and what’s really important.
I’ve had a great ride with a healthy dose of privilege and opportunities. It has taken me 40 years, but I’ve connected the dots and my life purpose (good husband and dad aside) is simple – Inspire Good. With this simple 2-word purpose statement, I have set up this humble space Be the Good, where I can live out that purpose, helping individuals and teams be the good they want to see in the world.

My Approach
Your strengths. Your values. Your pathways.
My approach is all about uncovering and igniting what is truly and uniquely you, for your good and the good of others.
My Offerings
Looking for advice, a sounding board or a mentor-coach. I’ll be whatever the circumstances call for.
Mentor-coach
Trainer
Speaker
My areas of professional and personal focus are in leadership, career and personal mastery.
On top of these domains, layer on my industry verticals of Management Consulting and Ecommerce. Underline all of these with a thick red marker which is doing good for the people or communities involved.
So if you want to talk to someone about your personal effectiveness, building your career and life narrative or even how to get better at specific skills, we should chat.
Forget about calling me a coach, trainer, subject matter expert, whatever. Forget about the certifications I have. I just want to help. I just want to inspire good, in a way that works for you.

I respect what they do, but instead of joining that crowd, I want to bring to you the one unique thread that has underlined my journey, experience and decisions, which is doing good. This has been a foundational differentiator for me and I am fully convinced that it will be for you.
